That’s why I created the Love It, Live It Challenge—a one-week refresh to bring love and intention into your spaces and connections, all in 10 minutes or less per day.

This challenge isn’t about perfection. It’s about small, meaningful actions that make your home feel more inviting and your relationships feel more connected.

Because when you love your space and your people, you truly live in the moments that matter.

Let’s set the tone for the week! Spend a few minutes prepping so you can fully enjoy each day’s small but meaningful tasks.

Today’s To-Do List:

✔ Choose one small self-care treat to enjoy this week.
✔ Write a list of people you want to connect with.
✔ Decide what task you’ll tackle each day.

Your bedroom should be a place of peace, not chaos. Let’s make it feel like a cozy retreat with a few quick upgrades.

💖 Pick one (or more) of these tasks:
🛏️ Make your bed with fresh sheets.
📖 Clear off your nightstand and add a calming item (candle, book, plant).
👗 Spend 10 minutes decluttering clothes you don’t wear.
🛏️ Swap out an old pillowcase for a fresh one.
📦 Tidy up one dresser drawer.
🧹 Do a quick vacuum or sweep to freshen the space.

🧼 Wipe down your countertops and light a candle.
🔍 Declutter one junk drawer.

☕ Set up a coffee/tea/hot cocoa station for cozy mornings.

📱 Text or call a friend you haven’t talked to in a while.
📅 Plan a future get-together (even if it’s just penciling in a coffee date next month).
💌 Mail a handwritten note or card.

🧹 Wipe down the coffee table and dust surfaces.
📺 Organize remotes and declutter side tables.
🕯️ Light a candle or diffuse a fresh scent.
📖 Swap out decor for a cozy touch (throw, tray, books).
💡 Turn on soft lighting for a warm ambiance.
📚 Spend 10 minutes decluttering magazines, books, or DVDs.

🧘‍♀️ Do a quick meditation/deep breathing/stretching exercise.
📖 Read something inspiring.
🍫 Treat yourself to your favorite drink or snack.
👗 Put on an outfit that makes you feel great.
🛁 Take a bubble bath.
🎵 Listen to a song that boosts your mood.
📓 Spend 10 minutes doing something you love (hobby, journaling, etc.).
📆 Set an intention or goal for the upcoming week.
